Cannot login to the Azure -Your account has been locked. Contact your support person to unlock it, then try again.

I can login with my outlook account and other apps but not the Azure portal, it shows "Your account has been locked. Contact your support person to unlock it, then try again." . It seems this is not temp lock as it lasts for around 10 hours.

    Hi Bill,

    If you have an IT Administrator I would recommend reach out to that person/group to have your account unlocked.

    If you do not have a backup account, you will need to reach out to Microsoft Support by phone:
