How can i get the description of each Resource Type not their operation?

Question

I would like to get the description of each resource type like what does this Microsoft.AAD/domainServices represent? AWS has these type of descriptions in their cloudformation documentation, I'm unable to get these descriptions rather i usually get operation description. Can someone point me towards the right direction?

you can find the description of each resource by navigating to the Marketplace which you can see in the below picture.

And also, you can check by selecting the more services in your Azure portal home screen which you can see in the below picture.
