Changing Disk and Folder Security Settings

Question

I changed the folder security settings in Trustedinstaller because it REALLY interferes with working with folders and editing, but at the same time there are a lot of errors in the services. My main question is which owners should be placed in which folders. In folders such as "Windows", "Driver" or "Program Data", there is simply no such information anywhere, and after you suffer for 3-4 days, it is impossible to run the "Event log," and as a result it breaks more and more, it becomes very annoying. I tried to transfer the "Windows" folder to the "system" owner, then to the "administrators", after I provided additional administrators for DCOM and COM+, but that didn't help either, in the end I ran sfc/scannow on the command line and hesitated after reading thousands of errors
