We have launched an app that use Azure B2C for user management. However users with an email relating to bigpond.com or bigpond.net .au do not receive the verification code sent by Azure B2C sign up. Given that most users do get the verification code, I can only assume that Azure is sending the emails and Bigpond is blocking them. This is a showstopper for bigpond users as they cannot sign up.
What's the next step given that we can't seen the exact email that was sent? How can I go to Bigpond and without and example of a blocked email?
