Instructions/screenshot do not match options, what is public, private, and anonymous access level and how does this affect the exercise?

In "Exercise - Create a storage blob", under "Change the access level of your blob" #3, there is no Public access level and Private access level in Azure Portal. Currently, there is only Anonymous access level. The Microsoft Learn module might need updating and additional explanation. What is public, private, and anonymous access level and how does this affect the exercise?

Thank you for bringing to our notice the discrepancies in the learn path and the exercise about the access level in "Change the access level of your blob", where in the learn path, it is given as "Public access level " but in the Azure portal it is shown as "Anonymous access level".
