    Hi @Rukshar Hial(Digital,ISC) (X-TransOrg Analytics)

I did a simple test. A report containing date parameters is created. The parameter type is "Date/Time" and is set to "Hidden". Then a subscription was created and set to run every five minutes. When I change the report parameter visibility to "Visble", and save, the subscription still works fine.

Did you make other changes to the parameters? For example, changed the parameter name or data type? You can refer to this document and check the logs to see possible reasons for subscription failure: Troubleshoot Reporting Services Subscriptions and Delivery.
