Unable to see the certification tab in Activity inside my profile

I have Connected my certification profile to Learn however, I am unable to see the certifications option in Activity tab in my profile.

I am actually trying to reschedule my Az-900 exam and wanted to do that through the certifications option from my profile, I have already linked my certifications profile to learn but still certifications option does not appear in the Activity tab.

Hi,

Below is direct link to your Certifications tab:

Your upcoming appointment should show up so that you can click Reschedule, similar to below:

Your exam appointment needs to be at least 24 hours in the future to be able to reschedule it.
