I am trying to reschedule my exam but I am not able to do it it or find it.

When you registered for your exam, you got an email (. please check your email address's inbox).
The email content has a "RESCHULE" and a link. You can reschedule your exam 24 hours before your scheduled exam time.

I am doing it from there only , i did couple of times in the past but this time I am not seeing any of them .
I received this address but once i open it , I am not finding my exam and neither I am able to reschedule
