difference between PL-200 and PL200-T00 certifications

Hello,

I am preparing for the PL-200 exam for the functional consultant role, but I found two certifications with similar names - PL-200 and PL-200T00. What is the difference between those two? Which one should be studied to apply for functional consultant roles?
