how to Disable file owners from editing approved files in MS Team. In my case, it was found that the person who created the approval had edited the file that had already been approved. Is there a way that can be closed to prevent editing? File after approval?

It seems that the “Approval” app in Microsoft Teams does not currently have a native setting to restrict the editing of approved files.

To get this feature more quickly, you can send a feedback directly to Microsoft Feedback to add it in future updates.

Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future.
