Bundled applications installed from Edge do not run anymore

Hello,
I have created and installed several Bundled applications from Edge. They were running fine but since a few weeks they do not run any more as standalone applications if Edge is not opened and running.
Before I didn't need to keep Edge opened to run them and this is the main reason I am using them. I need to do it in my workflow. So I would like to make it work again.
Did someone ran into this issue and how did you solve it?

To narrow down the issue, please help check the followings:
- What version and channel of the Edge you are using? Please make sure it is up to date.
- Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling these apps and check if it works again?
- If possible, please share these applications so that we can test the issue.

1.Microsoft Edge Version 119.0.2151.58 (Official build) (64-bit). It is up to date to last version
2.I didn't, I am not sure how i could reinstall them. Is there any way it can be done automatically?
3.I have plenty more than 10 I was using regularly at least. For instance, one is Bing Chat, another is Ask your pdf, or google bard. Not sure what you need here to test the issue

Does the "Bundled applications" refer to PWAs (Progressive Web Apps)?
I've tried installing a few apps you mentioned, and they are running fine without opening the Edge browser.
For uninstalling and reinstalling apps, you could refer to Install, manage, or uninstall apps in Microsoft Edge.
I thought there is no way to reinstall them automatically.

The apps are not opening if the Edge browser is not opened..
How could I find out what the problem is?

Do you open these apps from the Start menu or taskbar? Are there any error messages?
To narrow down the issue, please help check and try the followings:
- If the same issue appears in other machines.
- What version of OS you are using? please help check if there are Windows Updates.
- You could try to repair or reset these apps and check if it works for you. If the OS is Win 11, please go to Windows settings>Apps>installed apps>[Search the app]>Advanced options>Select Repair or Reset. If the OS is Win 10, please go to Windows settings>Apps>Apps&Features>[Search the app]>Advanced options>Select Reset.
- Please go to "edge://policy" to check if you have some policies set up that are blocking.

I open these apps from the taskbar but the same issue is happening if i open them from the start menu
- i dont really have other machine to test
- my OS is windows 10 winver 22H2 OS build 19046.3324. windows is updated
