the error of login in of using Google to open Wiseflow

am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am experiencing with accessing Wiseflow.


I have encountered a difficulty in using Google to open Wiseflow; however, I can access it using Safari. Unfortunately, when I use Safari, my laptop freezes, making it impossible for me to proceed with examinations. This poses a significant challenge, and I am reaching out to seek your assistance in resolving this matter.

    Hi @Xu, Dongchen , to resolve this issue, you will need to be added as an external user in the tenant first. You can contact the administrator of the application or your organization's IT department to request that they add your user account as an external user in the tenant. Once your account has been added, you should be able to access the application without any issues.
