Error when trying to connect on a Server with Windows Server 2019 STD using RDS from PC with Windows 11 Enterprise

I've been trying to connect my PC with Windows 11 Enterprise to a SERVER with Windows Server 2019 STD running, using RDS, but all the time got the error message below.
My old PC had Windows 10 Enterprise and everything was OK.
The SERVER has 10 CALs for RDS installed and activated.
Othes PC in the the local network with Windows 10 Pro are connecting with no problems.
Any idea to solve this issue ?
