Nonprofit has $3500 Azure Sponsorship that is active but not being charge. Instead credit card is being charged each month. How do I contact someone to fix the issues and see about receiving a refund?

    As I understand you've an issue with your billing.

    I recommend you create a billing support ticket which is free of cost. The ticket enables you to work closely with the support engineers and get a quick resolution to your issue.

    If you have questions or need help, create a support request and choose Issue type as “Billing” OR Call to “Global Customer Service phone numbers”.
