I am in the process of trying to start Exam AI-102: Designing and Implementing a Microsoft Azure AI Solution, but in order to continue the practical sessions an Open Ai subscription is needed and it requires to fill up an access request form.

is there any other way to get an Open AI subscription for the AI-102 exam ?
