Outlook search partial match not found or highlighted

Question

Hello.

Outlook search does highlight exact hits, but doesnt highlight partial match hits. Also sometimes it doesnt find the partial match at all (e.g. when it is not at start of the word, not even via 'search tools'). See screenshots below. Windows Search service is running.

How to always find partial match via the quick search?

How to enable highlighting the search term in the partial match?

Hi @Bernat, Vladimir ,

You can use the wildcard character (*) in the search box to replace any length of characters.
