What is the process or method to retrieve the product ID (Not Resource ID) for Azure resources, such as IDs like DZH318Z0BQ35 and DZH318Z0BQNH? I want to list the product IDs for resources purchased through my Microsoft Sponsor account, as I am unable to obtain the costs directly. My objective is to manually calculate Azure costs without using APIs, and having the product IDs is crucial for this purpose. Additionally, if there are any relevant REST APIs for retrieving this information, please provide details ?

I see that you want to retrieve the product ID to calculate Azure costs manually without using APIs. It should be available with Usage detail or Cost details API or Exports.

If you do not want to use APIs, use the scheduled exports from Azure portal or go to Usage + Charges to download the usage report that should help with 'ProductId' and other details.

I am using a Microsoft subscription and am unable to view pricing details directly. I need to obtain the product ID for a specific purchase under this subscription. Are there any REST APIs available that can be used to retrieve the product ID for resources under a specific subscription?

I attempted to utilize the Generate Cost Details Report API as per the documentation (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/cost-management/generate-cost-details-report?view=rest-cost-management-2023-08-01), but encountered an issue.

As per the error details, it looks like your Azure offer is different than the supported one's. Do let us know the type of subscription/Azure offer you are currently using.
