request for new access code for my mcp account

Question

I have a MOS word 2013 certificate. I took the test about 5 years ago, after the test, I received an MCP account but I did not use it. Now I have to use it but when I try login, the code expired so I cannot access it. (ignore the tag, it is irrelevant)
