Is there a way we can categorize the assets under different categories in Microsoft Purview?

We are able to classify the data in purview using default classifications and custom classifications - Email address, All full names etc., My requirement is I want to categorize the assets saying which are all the assets that come under PII and which are all the assets that come under legal , financial etc., and we know for this we can use Glossary Terms, but this would not be possible to do it for 10k assets manually. Is there a way we can categorize the assets under different categories? Also, when an incremental scan is done, it should automatically categorize the new assets.
