Recover deleted calendar

Hello,

I am trying to recover a calendar that was recently deleted on the backend by the IT department. The calendar was set up as a Room in the GAL with its own email address. The email address associated with the Room was deleted which cause the shared calendar to not work for the folks that had access to it. It is possible to recover the Room email address that was deleted and reinstate the room in the GAL and retrieve the shared calendar associated with it?

Are you using Exchange online or Exchange on-premises?
