I am unable to download my AZ800 and AZ801 certifications

Hello,

I am unable to download my AZ800 and AZ801 certifications which i had appeared in India .There is no certification found in error when i have already passed the exam and have the pearson veu page screenshot which shows my certification. My Candidate id is MS0429623988 and i am using my india phone number to login . Please help.
