I need to reschedule the exam ASAP but there is no Certifications Tab available?! Stress!

Again... I cannot reschedule the exam - please support ASAP!

Hi,

Below is direct link to your Certifications tab:

Your upcoming appointment should show up so that you can click Reschedule, similar to below:

Your exam appointment needs to be at least 24 hours in the future to be able to reschedule it.

If above does not allow you to reschedule, please ask your question in the Microsoft Certification forum using link below. There are support moderators over there that will respond to your question in 1 business day and can assist with scheduling/profile/exam issues:

Thanks, but I initiated a conversation on this topic and you replied on this first, and then I receive another note from you with the elinks - which means Microsoft is not going to quickly solve the problem at its end..
