using EWDK 22621 build WinUI 3 app fail

hi team,

I am develop a WinUI 3 APP, using C# Windows WinUI option, can build success in VS msbuild, however i can not build success with EWDK version:22621, could you confirm whether if the EWDK can build the WinUI 3 APP, if can build how to config, thanks a lot.

error log:

Build FAILED.
