Hi,

We are facing some issues with Device enrollment in MS Intune. The device is showing in MS Entra ID and it is showing as "Microsoft Entra Hybrid Joined".

When we are trying to open Company portal and complete the setup we are getting an error stating "Your device is already connected to your organization. "

We tried lot of troubleshooting steps like remove and re join the device in the particular AD group through which the device is getting enrolled.

Also we tried to remove the Work account and re add it is still did not work.

Can any one please suggest.

Support team have a group created in On prem AD. They add the device name to this particular AD group. After that the policy kicked in and the device get enrolled in Intune.
