Hello,

We have a DNS zone that was created long ago with uppercase letters, nowadays it's believed to be the source of some issues with our vCenter deployment, is there any way to convert it to lowercase as it's the case for type A records?

DNS is generally not case-sensitive, and having uppercase letters in a DNS zone should not cause issues. The problem with your vCenter deployment is likely unrelated to the case of the DNS zone. Look into other aspects of your vCenter or DNS configuration for the source of the issues.
