Issue with SharePoint User Profile Service Provisioning through power shell.

I am facing an Issue with SharePoint User Profile Service Provisioning through power shell. The provisioning takes lot of time and does not accomplish in the e

nd. The proxy is not created. DB's are created in the back end. Need assistances.

LAB Environment:

RAM- 20 GB

Processor- 6 vCPU

Windows server 2019

SharePoint server trial with standard client access license.

The issue has been solved.The reason for this is that the UPSA(User Profile Service) application was not in compliant state that is the reason the state was in starting state.
