How can I link my certiport account with microsoft account

I have completed the AZ-900 exam via certiport (Certiport ID: 90090196).

I have got the pass mark, and certificate details are available in the certiport. However, the details are not showing in my Microsoft account.

Can you please help to sync the details to my Microsoft account?
