Certificate not on my profile (after 5+ business days)

Question

Hello Microsoft,

I took my exam PL-300 on the 10th November and passed.

When I go on my profile there is no certificate, although I got the email saying it should be there.
The email I took my exam with is: hanshiru91@gmail.com

The email I paid with is: hanshiru@kocw.cn , anyway, I have Connected those 2 accounts into one dashboard.

Do you know how I can get my certificate?
If possible please email my certification.

Certification is not supported here on Q&A forums. I'd try asking for assistance with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. Participate\Ask A Question Learn / Cert Moderators will help you from there.
