Why is it so hard to get a hold of a live person?

I have been trying to rectify an issue for my boss regarding a $900 subscription we didn't sign up for, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of ANYONE. Of course, Sales team is responsive because that's where the $$$ is at, but once they've got you hooked, you're done. No help in sight after you're committed to paying them hundreds, if not thousands of dollars for their services. All phone numbers lead to an automated system asking you to fill out a ticket online (which we did) and then it hangs up on you! This is a horrible platform for communication. AI is the end of customer service as we know it.

    HemeAdmin, apologies for the inconvenience you are facing. Did you create a support ticket in Azure portal for this issue for this issue - Create a support ticket? If yes, could you please share the case number, and I can check the current status. If you have not created a support ticket, I would suggest you create one so that it can be addressed. Please note that Billing and Subscription Management support is available for all customers without any additional charge.
