Migration APIM stv1 to stv2

Good afternoon, I'm looking in the Microsoft documentation at the process to perform the migration from the APIM stv1 to stv2 but so far it is not clear to me. Is it possible if they have it on video or a more detailed step by step for this migration? Thank you
