How can I make my new Surface 9 PRO with ARM processor useful for IT administrators? No RSAT, No Adobe, etc...

I have tried to add RSAT to my brand new Surface PRO to use it as my network administration tool and ended up being very disappointed, I have spent a few hours trying to make these computers useful and ended up with an expensive paperweight. We ordered 9 new Surfaces with ARM processors, which is the only option to have a SIM card. The plan is that when not in the dock, the administrators would carry their workstations (Surfaces) and will be able to use our VPN to connect and solve whatever requests they might have, create a new user account, or maybe create or update a form in Adobe, or sign a document digitally... Frustration and might have to return the Surfaces and use Dell instead.

Go to the Microsoft Download Center.

Download the RSAT package for Windows 10.

Install the package on your Surface Pro by following the instructions provided in the Install Instructions section of the download page.

Alternatively, you can enable RSAT on your Surface Pro by going to Settings > Apps > Optional features > Add a feature > RSAT
