AZ-900 exam passed but certificate is not showing in dashboard after 48 hours

Hello Support Team,   
I have completed the AZ-900 certification and passed the exam through PSI. But the certificate nor the badge is not showing after 48 hours in the dashboard Kindly help me on this.
