DP-900 Certification not showing up in Microsoft Learn Portal after passing exam through Certiport

I have cleared my DP-900 exam through Certiport and received the Badge. However, I cannot see the certification in the Certification section of the Microsoft Learn portal. I am using the same account that was used during the exam, and the MCID obtained via Certiport is different from the one on the Microsoft Learn dashboard. Can you provide assistance in resolving this issue?
