unable to open the appsource hosted preinstall addin in WOPI host when passing all the configuration as per document

we have followed all the instructions as per the document https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/cloud-storage-partner-program/online/add-ins#preinstall-add-ins
and we have enable the WOPI host addin configuration for 'Enable Add in' also but after appsource hosted addin was available, we are unable to access it even though we are passing the addin id in wordeditorframe api call as form value as per the document and the form input is also set

    Please check the encoding using HTML-encoding tool. It looks like characters after TaskPaneApp might cause the problem.
