Can't manage Sandboxes in Dev Center

Microsoft Partner Center seems to be having an issue. I can log into the Partner Center and open every menu except for "Sandboxes", where it shows "Access Restricted". I have included the whole message below.

This is what My Access looks like. When I click "View Permissions", it tells me to sign in with my "Microsoft Entra ID", which gets me nowhere...

According to the error message, your account does not have permission to access the sandbox. You can set up your account according to this document.

Thanks for your help. When I go to Account Settings, I don't see an Integration sandbox option. The page you sent tells has this to say:

This is my only account, and I remember that I used to be able to access the Sandboxes menu. I'm pretty sure that my account got messed up somehow, and at this point I would prefer to just create a new one. Do you think I could get credit for the fee to create a new account?

Others have had similar problems recently, please open a free support ticket here: Contact Us. Go to Contact us tab , find Non-Technical Support - Dashboard and choose SUBMIT AN INCIDENT. You could talk to the store team directly and confirm this behavior. The store team could check the status of your account in the back end.
