Based on your description, there are a few possible solutions that you can try:
- Make sure your internet connection is stable and fast. Check your network speed on a speed test website and make sure it is within recommended parameters.
- Try disabling any firewalls or antivirus programs you may have running in the background.
- Clear the Teams cache from your device.
- If you’re using a VPN to access Teams, turn it off and back on.
- If you’re using the Teams desktop, try using the web version: https://teams.microsoft.com/.
But as far as I can tell it seems to be a known issue. if all that doesn't work, you can select Help at the bottom lower-left of Teams and then choose Suggest a feature or Give feedback.
