I’m sorry to hear that you accidentally removed your account from the authenticator app. I understand how frustrating it can be to lose access to your subscription and data. Here are some possible ways to restore your account:

    • If you have a backup of your account credentials in the cloud, you can use the authenticator app to recover them on your device. To do this, you need to have a personal Microsoft account that you used during the backup process. You also need to make sure that the account you’re recovering doesn’t already exist in the app. Then, you can open the app and select Begin recovery. Sign in to your recovery account and your account credentials will be restored. For more details, please see this article1.
    • If you don’t have a backup or you can’t access your recovery account, you can try to reset your security through a recovery form or by visiting this link. You will need to provide some information to verify your identity, such as your email address, phone number, or security questions. This process may take some time and you may not be able to access your account immediately. For more information, please see this article.
    • If none of the above methods work, you may need to contact the service provider of the account you’re trying to access and ask for their assistance. They may have other ways to help you recover your account, such as sending you a verification code via email or phone. However, this may depend on the type and security level of the account you’re trying to access.

I hope this helps you to sign in to your account and access your subscription and data. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask me. 😊
