I am having trouble purchasing the developer mode activation on the Microsoft website. I have been trying for over a week and keep getting the same error message in German that says "Something went wrong, try again later." Are there any alternative ways to purchase the activation?

I tried mutliple browsers and even devices. I still get the same error.
I even changed my payment option multiple times.
