Linux App service running fastAPI Application using Azure Speech SDK doesnt produce recognition and translation results

I Built a Fast API application on a local development environment on Windows, python and Azure Speech SDK and Azure Translation Service.
the application will transcribe videos and translate text to another language as desired. it is working fine, and the results are acceptable.
when deploying the application to Azure App Service on Azure container, the application is running and unfortunately results are always empty (no results produced).
I tried all possible solutions and fixes, but there was no hope of solving the issue.
kindly help identify the issue and provide a solution, please.

You should consider adding additional logging to your SDK to check what could be causing this. Based on my experience, if you are using an app service you cannot use the default audio device which you generally use by default on a local machine, in these cases you will have to save the audio to file instead.

2023-11-20T16:27:45.6266667+00:00 the fast API application runs on Python 3.11 and uses Azure speech SDK to transcribe audio content of video files and then translate to any target language needed.
the development environment runs on a Windows machine, and the App Service is Azure Linux Based.
the application takes the video file name (path) and the source language of the video, extracts audio from the video, passes the content to Azure speech for recognition, transcribes continuously till the end, and then returns the description.
no audio input or sound device is needed.
