External Users Unable to Join Teams Meetings

One of our customers is reporting that external users cannot join Teams meetings using the provided link. This is a critical issue that needs immediate attention.

Please let me know if you have any solutions or troubleshooting steps.

Sorry to hear external users are uable to join the teams meeting via link shared to them, to get to the root cause of the issue, could you please share with us the below information to further troubleshoot the issue.

Are the external users joing as guest user, Anonymous users or People from trusted organizations 

Does the end users get any error when they try to access the meeting link please, if so please request them to share with you the error message detail to further investigate.

Due to data and account privacy, you can share with me the text file from the dxdiag report via private message that I have initiated. You can access the "Private Messages" section from "My Profile". Account Manager-->View My Profile-->Private Message. (See screenshot below).
