I am attempting to register for the Commercial Marketplace program. However, I'm encountering a recurring problem during the sign-in process required for enrollment. After selecting the Commercial Marketplace option, the system prompts me to log in again to continue the enrollment process. When I click the provided Call-To-Action (CTA) button for authorization, instead of proceeding, it strangely requests that I log out of my account.
After choosing to log out, as per the prompt, I am directed to a window displaying the message, "You have logged out of your account. It is worth closing all browser windows. Following this, I am unable to proceed any further with the enrollment.
This issue has left me stuck in the process, unable to complete my registration for the program. I have tried various troubleshooting steps, such as clearing my browser's cache and cookies, trying different browsers, and restarting my computer, but the issue persists.
