Has anyone found a way or a higher official email that i can reach out to. I have a standard support plan and my website gets down every now and then.

Microsoft support is not even able to root cause for last 1 month. And their service is pathetic. There are 10s of email between them and yet no solution. I don't even know what they are doing at their side.

    Hi AJ,

Usually you will find an escalation email address on the bottom of every support engineer's email signature! You can try reaching out on the same to get it escalated.
