Hi,
We have successfully deployed RD Service on our Windows Server 2019 environment. However, we are facing a specific challenge related to the remote connection for one particular user.
Despite the general functionality working well, this user does not get the "Remote Connection" icon under "Work Resources". On the other hand, no other user report this issue.
That user reports that he gets an error message of "There are currently no resources assigned to you in work resources".
