How to fix IPv6 connectivity issue in Phone Link app?

Hello, I'm having trouble with the Phone Link app not connecting to my phone while using IPv6 as the default network. The app gets stuck in the connect/sync state and doesn't work. However, when I switch to an IPv4 network, the app works fine. I'm using Windows 11 and a Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite 5g running on Android 12. Can anyone help me fix this issue?
