I’m not receiving code for authenticator app as I’m trying to log into my work account

I’m trying to log into my work account and I have to go through the authenticator app, but I’m not receiving the code alerts like I was a couple days ago. I recently accidentally deleted the app and when I redownloaded it I stopped receiving the code notifications. How can I fix or reset this problem

    I recently accidentally deleted the app and when I redownloaded it I stopped receiving the code

    This breaks the secure link, you'll need the work admins to reset the account so a new QR code can be generated with which you can relink the authentication device to your account.
