I passed the Exam with Pearson online, I can not see my certificate.

I received an email from Microsoft.

MCID: 995638608I took the Exam for AZ 900 and I passed on Friday Nov, 11, 2023. When I access my profile I am not able to see the certificate. I like to have a digital certificate. I am not able to see it when I go into my account profile. Pease email it to me.my email is: xxxx@xxxxx.org.xxxx linked account is: xxxxxx@outlook.com
