Can I downgrade from Windows 11 on my new MSI laptop that does not support it?

I recently bought a used MSI laptop that came with Windows 11 pre-installed. While updating drivers, my system crashed, and I had to replace the hard drive and upgrade RAM from 8GB to 16GB. After reinstalling Windows, I discovered that my processor does not support Windows 11, and I am unable to switch back to Windows 10 without incurring additional costs. Attempting to enter BIOS settings requires a password, but I am the only user on the system with no other passwords available. I have tried resetting the CMOS battery for days but still can't access the CMOS settings due to an invalid password using the only password ever used on the system. What is the recommended solution to this issue?

Windows 11

    These ones could help.

The msi site should list the supported operating systems but from what you told us here it sounds like you'll need to purchase a license.
