My certification exam is not showing up in my profile

Hello,

I have registed to take AI900 exam and used my company account (kpatel@geico.com, MCID 992894373) to get company discount and register and take exam under my personal account (kamlesh.kpatel@gmail.com) but i am not able to see or link accounts.

Note: In the past i have used kpatelwi@gmail.com to obtain my AZ900 certificate.

I am afraid that i will not be able to login on exam day.

Could you please help me link these two accounts?
