My certification exam is not showing up in my profile

Hello,

I have register to take AI900 exam and used my company account to get company discount and register and take exam under my personal account, but I am not able to see or link accounts.

Note: In the past I have used personal account to obtain my AZ900 certificate.

Could you please help me link these two accounts?
