cant sign into my account to change or do anything

if i try to sign in it gets stuck loading and looping, the url bar will change to : complete-client-signin-oauth-silent and loops back to loading. Cant sign in on my phone or pc. theirs also 0 tags for any loop problem, which is also stupid cause how am i suppose to make sure it gets seen so ill tag it as whatever the hell comes up i guess and hope someone puts it where it belongs.
