User Profile Service Failed to log in to the service directory. Unable to load user profile.

Question

Recently, some users’ PC have the login issues.

The PC have been add to company AD domain.

The system remind when users log on the PC.

User Profile Service Failed to log in to the service directory.

Unable to load user profile.

After inputting password several times, then they can login. But we also find there are some temporary user accounts in C:\Users.

we have already delete SID in regedit, and rename C:\users\XXX to C:\users\XXX.bak.

Then it's ok. but after several days, this problem happened again.

can you support it? thank you!
